Pennsylvania W. J. and S RR model train.This large Antique Pennsylvania model Train W J S RR salesman's sample train is in as found condition. This train was a model made for a salesman to show potential customers. The train measures 106 inches long over all and 26 inches high. The caboose measures 42 inches and the engine measures 44 inches. made by Pavonia shops with a Povonia brass plaque on the front. This extremely rare antique model train comes from a Pennsylvania museum and was manufactured September 23 1929. The tracks are made from wood. This train dates from the turn of the last century. this rare piece would make the ultimate gift for any antique train collector.

General Ulysses S Grant funeral photographs. President "General Ulysses S Grant" framed collection of three photographs of the funeral along with the envelope that held the letter from his son from Mt. McGregor Aug 29 1885 (This is where Grant died on July 23,1885 a month before this letter from Fred ). The letter as best as we can make out says" My Mother Mrs US Grant wishes to extend her grateful thanks to you, the committee and the Companions of the M.O.L.L.U.S. ( Military Order of Loyal Legions of the US) for the attentions that the remains of my father received at your hands. Respectfully F D Grant. ( Frederick D. Grant was US Grant's eldest son) E.L. Molineaux Maj. Genl. J. U?V? C. Comd'r. Each of the three photographs measures 5 by 7 and three quarter inches. The original frame measures 22 by 33 inches. The photographs to have some fading.

The dedication reads "Presented to Miss Lucie Huntley for excellence in Deportment [ny her teacher] Hattie Warner Hamburg Conn. July 30, 1881"

This silver press pass was for entry into "The Byrd Antarctic Expedition 1928-1930".The back of the medallion depicts the plan used and the front shows a portrait of Rear Admiral Richard E Byrd U.S.N. First to fly over the South Pole. Excellent original condition with original silk. Measures 4 and one eighth inches long

Texas,For President James K Polk.Let Polk and Texas be the watchword and countersign,and victory is certain Andrew Jackson. For Vice President George M Dallas. Sold by E. P. Wates 1 Courtland ST New York. This rare piece of Presidential campaign memorabilia is a part of American history. This ribbon measures 8 and one half inches by 3 inches. Like most silk campaign advertising pieces this should be linen backed. Some tears all are quite visible in the photographs we have provided.
