- - | 1798 Writ Antique legal document Item # 2335 Click HERE to inquire about this item "Antique court summons" A second legal writ attaching the property of Abraham Bailey of Chatham, Connecticut, over a delinquent loan from 1796. This antique document is dated 23rd October 1798. It is in very good condition with a small chip on the right edge (hardly noticeable) and the usual folds found on all legal documents. The frame is gold and the matte is a light burgundy that blends with any decor. It is 11 inches by 13 inches framed. We currently have three eighteenth and early nineteenth century legal documents framed and matted as a set. - - - | Stereoview of black or negro men fish store Item # 2183 Click HERE to inquire about this item Antique stereo card or stereoviews,This photograph stereo card depicts several back men or negros which is what African Americans were called at the time selling fish at out side a store. The fish are stacked up and in baskets and hanging from hooks. One black man has a knife in his hand. The trade sign is half shown which has the letters JNC W Buc ??... Stumpr????. The two pictures are completely different. One has the advertising trade sign and the other has a small black boy in the window. This is a great piece of Black memorabilia. This stereo view card was sold or photographed by Alfred S. Campbell from Elizabeth N. J. USA and copyrighted in 1896. The bottom states 614 "fine fish" Condition: Seems to be pretty good not much fading. There is a spot on the left photograph which looks like it could be cleaned off but you be the judge of that

This stereo card or stereoview photograph of Theodore Roosevelt and McKinley is copyright 1900 by Littleton View Co. It reads at the top works and Littleton NH. Washington C. C. Studios Arlington NJ Sun sculpture trade mark. Underwood and Underwood Publishers New York London Toronto Canada Ottawa Kansas. They are standing with lots of flowers in front of them. This would make a great addition to any political memorabilia collection if you had a stereoscope. The condition of the photographs is good with a little fading. There is a small tear in the top of the card but this does not go into the photograph of McKinley.
